5. ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Christway religious and social services ensures that the stakeholders are perfectly satisfied and by that, the organisation ensures that all comments and complaints are quickly responded to. Preventing damage to the brand’s image is very crucial and Christway ensures that it does not give dissatisfaction to its stakeholders. The main goal of Christway is to ensure all people that are coming for help in the organisation leave happy and helped. Christway religious and social services does not give false information to its stakeholders, what we always post is what is really going on the organisation does not face helping the community and we are doing the all this just to put smiles on people’s faces. The organisation is a Christian organisation we respond and post the content referring to the bible. The management strategy of the organisation is to increase the stakeholder’s satisfaction so that we can give people hope and faith of the better tomorrow. The organisation increases its brand’s online visibility so that many people can know about the organisation so that the donors can actually see how much their help is impacting the community positively, even people who are in need of help should know more about the organisation so that they know where to turn to when they are stuck with certain things like a place to stay, food, clothes and many more.
6. INTEGRATED MARKET PLAN
Christway was formed in 1998 by Elise Baker who had intentions of helping the community to become a better place. The founder Elise Baker ensured that the organisation grows bigger and better each year, the organisation is a Christian organisation it does not only help people around Turffontein but it goes around the whole Johannesburg. In making sure that the organisation grows bigger and more better we will use all social media platforms and we will ensure that the audience always get their satisfaction at all times, all our social media pages will always be active because different people prefer different social networks. In making sure that the organisation exceeds people's expectations, the organisation will create more platform for people to participate and at their opinions so that we can ensure happiness of the organisations stakeholders.
